Schedule is as follows:

Thursday 10th June
Please arrange own transport to meet at Royal Cromer Golf Club
Our tee times are from 12:18, so I would suggest we meet there for a pre-round early lunch by 11:30 latest. 
After the golf, please drive to the hotel (The Lodge, Hunstanton)

According to Google, this is a journey of 40 miles, taking 1 hour (route: https://goo.gl/maps/twhmBGr9bx7jWFDM7)

Dinner arranged at the Titchwell Manor (10 mins away from the hotel) at 20:00

Friday 11th June

Morning - at this stage nothing planned.

A coach has been arranged to collect us from the hotel at 11:20.  Please be ready outside with golf clubs etc. 

Golf is reserved at Sheringham Golf Club at 14:22 in groups of 4.

The coach will collect us from the Club by latest 19:15 to go to the restaurant.

Dinner has been scheduled for after golf at The Bank Restaurant in Sheringham.  

At approx 22:00, the coach will return to the Hotel. Those who miss it may need to make their own travel arrangements...

Saturday 12th June

Tee times have been booked at Royal West Norfolk Golf Club from 13:00 for 8 two-balls
Please find your way there in time to have lunch/check in by 12:00 latest

A lunch has been reserved comprising "sandwiches with sides of whitebait and/or chips".

It's only a 15 minute drive from the hotel (https://goo.gl/maps/aUTvGQ31Lenurh8y8).

Dinner at the Lodge Hotel followed by the Auction.

Sunday 13th June

Having checked out, please make your way to Hunstanton Golf Club for the tour's final round. It's less than a mile away from the hotel...

We have tee times arranged starting at 10:02

A booking for lunch (soup and sandwiches) has been made.

After the golf, please remain at the Golf club for lunch/prize giving
